Last week we had a call form a home owner in Chelmsford, she had been hearing a very loud scratching notice under the floor boards in the front lounge area and wanted us to investigate the problem. After careful investigation and lifting a few floorboards we found a family of rats nesting under the floor. They had been getting in through a broken air brick form the outside. The airbrick was repaired and the rats removed. Rodents we seek a home from the cold weather and try and seek a warm place to nest.
